After I created a webpage for other landlords to help them avoid the
problems associated with bad tenants, I have received several threats
and complaints from different tenants. This webpage was created on a
website squidoo.com where people can create their own webpage’s. A lot
of tenants think that I have gone way too far. I have pictures of
tenant kicking in the air and I said that landlords should build their
property like a tank. My website shows smoke detectors with missing
batteries, writing on walls, spills on carpet and other damage. Some
people are thinking that I am just letting out my frustration of
dealing with these problem tenants.
